The China-based multinational IT systems and telecommunications company ZTE has teamed up with Bulgarian holdings Ltd for a staggering £1.3bn commercial and entertainment complex in Sofia, BDHL published on Sunday.

BDHL (Bulgarian Development Holdings Ltd), mainly controlled by the Hong Kong and Chinese investors, currently planning to launch a new luxury property IT project called “St. Sofia project”, which will be consisting of an exhibition center, office buildings, around 2,000 hotel rooms, a big aqua park and an arena just 20km east of the capital Sofia.
Vice president, Albert Hung Chao Hong said on a statement, “We share same embracing vision of technology with ZTE, the company has decided to work as a team with them to build a commercial complex and a smart entertainment.”
