Following Hurricane, Harvey struck Houston, a metropolis of Texas and a large part swath of cities, towns remain under water by torrential rain and floodwaters as Texas officials are expecting at least 30,000 will be forced to live in temporary shelters.

Acting Homeland security secretary Elaine Duke said, “We are not out of the woods yet.”

The disaster left more than 30,000 people some form of homeless in an extent of Harvey’s destruction.
