Ctrl + spacebar to select the current column
Type Shift + spacebar to select the current row
If you want to move to the beginning of the worksheet use Ctrl + Home
To move to the last cell of the worksheet use Ctrl + End
To paste a function into a formula type Shift + f3
To select everything when you are not editing or editing a formula type Ctrl + a
To calculate all the sheets in an active worksheet use f9 use Shift + f9
To calculate the active worksheet press f5
To display the go to box to enter the current date into the active cell type Ctrl + semicolon (;)
To enter the current time into the active cell type Ctrl + :
To enter or edit a cell comment in the active cell type Shift + f2
To copy the contents of a cell to the cell directly to the right select the cell in which you want the copy and then press Ctrl + R to copy the contents of a cell to the cell directly below it select the cell you want to receive the copy and type Ctrl + D
If you want to view all the formula in a worksheet press Ctrl + tilde use the shortcut again to switch back to normal view.
